Retainer Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date for balloon decor and event services.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due prior to your scheduled setup date.

Cancellation Policy

All retainers are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.

Weather Policy

Outdoor balloon installations are weather-dependent. Once installed, the client assumes responsibility for weather-related damage or changes.

Damage Policy

Clients are responsible for any damage to rental items during the event, including balloon decor and sleepover equipment.

Setup & Breakdown

Access to the event space is required for setup. Breakdown timing will be arranged in advance.

Photography Release (Optional)

We may photograph completed setups for marketing and promotional use. If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please let us know in advance.
