Balloon Setup FAQ's

 On-site installations have a $300 minimum. Grab & Go options are available for pickup starting at $150. 

 Our balloon pricing includes design, professional build, on-site installation, and standard color selections. Specialty balloons, custom colors, florals, and add-ons are available at an additional cost. 


 Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. 


 Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. Wind, heat, and direct sunlight may affect balloon longevity.


 Indoor setups can last several days. Outdoor setups typically last 6–24 hours depending on weather conditions. 


 We serve Aurora, Denver, and surrounding cities. Travel fees may apply outside our primary service area. 


  •  On-site balloon installations have a $300 minimum.
  • Grab & Go balloon garlands start at $150 and are available for pickup only. 


 We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Peak seasons fill quickly. 


 Retainers are non-refundable. Date transfers may be considered based on availability. 


 Yes. Final payment is due prior to installation.
