At Sunflower Slumbers, we’re all about bringing hassle-free, fun, and memorable sleepover experiences to your home.
Before your guests arrive, we’ll deliver, assemble, and style your chosen package with tents, bedding, blankets, pillows, fairy lights, and trays. After your event, we return the next day to pack it all up — leaving you with magical memories, not a mess.
Yes. If booked more than 10 days out, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Bookings made less than 10 days prior require full payment.

NOTE: A deposit of $100 will be included with the total cost of the party to cover any damages that may occur. If any damages are accrued during a rental, an itemized price list will be sent summarizing the damage charges. If any amount of the deposit fees are left over, it will be refunded to the customer.
A refundable $100 damage deposit is due with your final payment. This covers accidental damage to rental equipment. If everything is returned in good condition, the full amount will be refunded. If damages occur, an itemized list will be provided, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
The final balance (including your refundable damage deposit) is due 10 days before your party. If you need to discuss a different payment arrangement, let us know — we want this process to be easy and stress-free for you.
Each tent and mattress setup is approx. 3–4.5 ft wide by 6 ft long. Larger parties may require 16 ft x 24 ft of space. Please send photos of your setup area so we can plan the safest layout.
We strive to provide magical sleepover experiences for all of our clients. To accomplish this, we ask that you please have the area in which we are setting up smoke and pet free, and as clean as possible. And, for the convenience and safety of our clients, we ask that you move as much
furniture from the area as possible. The more space and less furniture, the better!
We offer balloon garlands, movie night kits, spa kits, goodie bags, and personalized keepsakes like pillowcases, cups, and eye masks. Add-ons can be booked with any package.
Standard rentals are overnight (24 hours). Need more time? You can extend your rental for $25 per tent, per night, subject to availability.

Yes! We offer a Custom Theme Option for $100 (in addition to your package). This covers sourcing new décor so we can bring your child’s favorite character, movie, or color scheme to life.
Parties can be rescheduled for a later date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking. If canceled within 7 days of the party, only 50% of the balance may be refunded.
Yes! Our tents are 5 ft tall with twin-sized mattresses that can accommodate children or adults. Adult parties are considered custom themes — contact us for details.
Setup usually takes 2–4 hours, depending on package, theme, and number of tents.
Yes! We love outdoor sleepovers. Backyard parties include an additional $100 outdoor fee. Clubhouse rentals are also available. *Hotel setups are not permitted.*
We absolutely love fur babies (We have two of our own!), but please keep them off the teepees to prevent them from puncturing the air mattresses.
Please have the setup area clean, smoke-free, and pet-free. Move as much furniture as possible to give us a clear space. Each tent requires access to an outlet for air mattresses and lights.
